After serving as a personal trainer with the team for nearly 2 years, I transitioned to the role of Conditioning Co-op, which is equivalent to a fitness manager position. In this leadership role, my responsibilities included recruiting and onboarding new trainers, providing ongoing mentorship and training to a team of 40 student trainers. My primary objectives revolved around fostering the professional development of student trainers and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service. Additionally, I conducted complimentary fitness consultations and tours to offer support and guidance to our members in overcoming workout barriers. I effectively promoted our personal training and small group fitness classes in these consultations, consistently achieving impressive membership conversion rates with over 50% of consultees opting for our services. Furthermore, I created engaging social media content for the university’s recreation account, showcasing trainer-led workouts and challenges. This content garnered over 165k views and increased account followers by over 400 in just 3 months.

Additionally, I managed content planning, implemented social media content calendars, and produced interviews with charity partners.
